PLANICLEAR®
Opis Produktu
PLANICLEAR® base glass is transparent with a slight greenish tint. This color is visible on the edges of the glass, and the thicker the glass, the more pronounced the edge tint becomes.
PLANICLEAR® glass can be used both indoors and outdoors and is suitable for all types of processing.
Benefits
• Wide assortment and extensive range of glass sheet thicknesses.
• Transparency: high solar light transmittance provides excellent natural light illumination for interiors.
• Capability for tempering, laminating, enameling, sandblasting, and bending.
• Potential for acid etching, edge processing, and screen printing.
• Usable in the production of mirrors and lacquered glass.
• Suitable for single glazing or as part of double-glazed units.
• By applying metal oxide coatings in vacuum conditions, it reduces solar energy transmittance.
• When combined with other types of glass, it offers the possibility for a rich and optimal selection of double-glazed unit properties.

Zastosowanie
Interiors
Mirrors, glass furniture elements, doors, and lacquered glass furniture fronts – PLANICLEAR® glass can brighten up an interior and give it character. It is an excellent solution when we want to optically enlarge the space, illuminate and brighten it, or separate a part of a room. Glass pairs well with any finishing material, including wood, steel, ceramics, or resin flooring. Glass surfaces are also durable and easy to maintain.
Windows
PLANICLEAR® glass, when combined with products from the PLANITHERM® or ECLAZ® families, provides excellent thermal insulation (Ug) and greater solar energy gains (g), contributing to lower heating costs. PLANICLEAR® also allows for an increased amount of daylight to enter, enhancing indoor comfort and reducing the need for artificial lighting.
Façades
In commercial building façade design, there has been a longstanding trend to select glass with a neutral appearance, both in reflection and transmission, ensuring a high level of daylight and good parameters for improving the building's energy efficiency, thus providing comfort for users. PLANICLEAR® glass is used as the standard base glass onto which high-selectivity, thermal insulation, and all classic solar control coatings are applied – such as the COOL-LITE® XTREME, SKN®, KNT, and ST product families. Using transparent base glass offers clear advantages: greater daylight transmission, a more neutral color, and optimal protection against solar heat energy.
