WITH CARE FOR DESIGN AND NATURE

The Saint-Gobain Glass Design Award competition will certainly go down in our company’s history. It marked another step in fulfilling the Group’s overarching mission of “Making the World a Better Home,” allowing us to showcase the full potential of innovative glazing solutions in creating architecture that is friendly to the planet. This was reflected in the hundreds of submissions received from participants, each distinguished by a high level of expertise, creativity, and an unconventional approach to the use of glass in construction. The Jury was thus faced with the difficult task of selecting the best projects.

After intensive deliberations, the Jury decided to award the following works:

  • GRAND PRIX and winner in the “Open Interiors” category: PORT Pracownia and Studio Architektury for the project “Kindergarten in Opole-Malina”

  • Category “Fascination with Form”: Marlena Wolnik MWArchitekci for the project “Headquarters of the Zagłębie Chamber of Commerce in Dąbrowa Górnicza”

  • Category “Harmony with the Environment”: INDO Architekci for the project “Warszauer Boutique Hotel”

  • Category “Functional Space”: Marlena Wolnik MWAarchitekci for the project “House by the Forest in Rybnik”ku”
