Modern Glass Architecture with COOL-LITE® XTREME glass
– The Forum Gdańsk Example

Modern glass architecture involves the use of innovative and practical solutions that align with contemporary trends such as high light transmission, minimal reflection, and visual neutrality. The COOL-LITE® XTREME family of glass, thanks to its three silver layers applied through an innovative magnetron sputtering process, combines solar protection, thermal insulation, and optimal transparency.

An example of an investment that fully utilizes modern architectural solutions with this type of glass is Forum Gdańsk, a project by SUD Architectes. The building features COOL-LITE® XTREME 60/28 II solar control glass on both its façade and roof. Forum Gdańsk is one of the most modern shopping centers in both Poland and Europe, seamlessly integrating public space, services, retail, entertainment, restaurants, and cafes. It focuses on combining shopping with relaxation and art, offering customers a comfortable environment for leisure time. Its striking architectural form and modern design, harmoniously blended with traditional and historical elements, as well as open public areas, make it stand out.

This contemporary venue brings together public spaces, services, commerce, entertainment, dining, and cafés. It houses over 20 restaurants, bars, and coffee shops specializing in cuisines from various regions of the world, along with 170 stores from renowned brands—providing visitors with a comfortable and inspiring place to spend their free time.
